Read below for signing your contract and sending it over the Adobe document cloud. Note: You can click on the images on this page to enlarge them
Please read all terms and conditions on page #2 of the contract
Tap the signature button and draw your signature with a stylus or your finger and click done when finished
Date the bottom of the contract
click the signature button again and select your signature that pops up
Tap where you would like to place your signature
You may need to zoom in and shrink down your signature to fit. To shrink your signature tap and then use thumb and index finger pulling them together in a pinching motion to shrink the signature down. When signature is set click the text button at the bottom to finalize its placement
Check all your information on the contract is correct and spelled correctly. To finalize the file and prepare for sending tap on the check mark in the top left hand corner.
Tap on the 3 dot symbol to the right of the file name.
Then tap on the share icon as shown below.
Type in michele@elitepoolsandspas.com for the email address
Enter any notes Ex: If you are paying your deposit with a check please notate here when you will be dropping off the deposit and any other information you would like to add
Tap send to send your finalized contract
You will receive a notification from adobe when the file (contract pdf file) has been viewed and downloaded. Once you have received this notification you can now unshare the file to remove it from the cloud by opening the file in adobe reader and click the 3 dot symbol in the type right hand corner.
Tap on the unshare file icon to remove sharing access
Tap the unshare button on the pop-up dialog. Do NOT do this before receiving notification that the file has been downloaded otherwise access is revoked before our office can retrieve your contract.
You just finished the contract process. Please be patient with us in retrieving your file. We will contact you to coordinate schedule dates once we have received your completed file and secured your deposit. If you have not received a file viewed and downloaded notification or heard back within 48 business hours please contact our office
