Get Ahead, Get Scheduled

Even if you are not ready to close/open your pool and or spas just yet you can still schedule your opening/closing for several weeks out. Our schedule books up fast so get ahead of the game and get scheduled.

The Process

Download our opening/closing contract or pick up a contract at our store location

Fill out the contract: select desired services for opening/closing (basic and modified options available), write in 3 dates you would like to request for opening/closing (we try our best to schedule within those 3 requested dates if available), fill in required sections, sign and include credit card information to secure a deposit or drop off a check for your deposit.

Once we receive your completed contract we will contact you regarding the dates requested and confirm your deposit has been secured. Once your date of opening/closing is solidified we will contact you to confirm the date of service.  

If contract is not completed no space will be reserved for service, no exceptions. 

Please Note

Deposit is required prior to scheduling. If we do not receive your deposit your space is not solidified on the schedule.

Please read all terms and conditions noted on the 2nd page of the contract. By signing the contract you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions. 

In order to provide for the safety of our employees EPS reserves the right to reschedule your opening/closing date in the case of inclement weather. If rescheduling occurs the homeowner will be notified.

EPS must be given at least 1 week notice to cancel an already scheduled opening/closing. In the event we do not receive required notice your deposit will be forfeited.

Ways to Deliver Your Contract

  1. Fax completed contract to us at 847-854-5444
  2. Drop off your completed contract at our retail store location
  3. Digitally fill out contract from your phone, computer or tablet  and share over the secured Adobe Document Cloud where you receive send and track notifications for when your file is viewed and downloaded. You can unshare the file once your contract has been downloaded to remove it from the cloud. Tap the button below for instructions on how to digitally complete and send the contract.
