We offer weekly maintenance services for in-ground and above ground pools and hot tubs. We service both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Our vacuum service is performed on a weekly basis only and scheduled on a set day every week as scheduled by our service team.

Weekly maintenance service requires a minimum 3 month commitment as weekly service customers have a designated technician and a reserved space on our schedule.
If you are ready to commit and sign up for maintenance services you can find our pricing and policies below. Our office require correspondence with clients before any maintenance services begin to determine pricing and to go over details and questions. Our maintenance services are a contractual agreement between Elite Pools and Spas and the client. A maintenance contract that is sent to the client is required to be completed and signed by the client and approved of by the office before any services begin. Our pricing starts at a base rate however, pricing is set on an individual basis as each pool/spa is unique and may have different circumstances and needs.
For our weekly maintenance service customers we offer an in house comprehensive water chemistry panel analyzed in our lab once per month to correspond with field testing included in your service commitment.

For optimal cleanliness and proper sanitation it is recommended the pool be cleaned at least once per week. This includes skimming debris from the water, brushing the edges of the pool to prevent bacteria build up on edge surfaces, vacuuming, chemical balancing, and filter care. Regular maintenance prevents algae growth and can ensure safe swimming conditions.
Hot tubs are recommended to be cleaned weekly, along with checking water chemistry levels and making chemical adjustments to ensure the water is properly balanced and sanitized.
We desire to provide you with the best possible care for your pool and spa to uphold this commitment we can only be responsible for the chemicals that we sell and service and therefore only chemicals provided by Elite Pools and Spas will be used for maintenance service. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for chemicals purchased by the customer from any other provider.
As long as our staff has the necessary information to ensure they can access the pool and hot tub and equipment area the resident is not required to be home for the service. After every service our technicians leave a yellow sheet providing information of the pool or hot tub status, water chemistry readings and chemicals that were added to the pool or hot tub along with any additional instructions or notations from the technicians.
If our technicians cannot access your pool or hot tub due to locked gates, locked covers, or pets the visit will be subject to a no-access fee. To avoid this, please ensure the pool and hot tub area is accessible and your pets are inside when our technicians arrive.Prior to starting service our office will request information regarding pool and hot tub access ie: gate codes, autocover codes, location of cover keys, locations of pool house/equipment shed keys etc.
Running a swimming pool and hot tub isn't rocket science but it can be challenging without the proper education and knowledge. If you are new to your pool and spa and are not sure where to start or how to operate and maintain your swimming pool and spa we offer teaching lessons to instruct and educate our clients on how to run the equipment, basic water chemistry, and basic maintenance service procedures.
