Pool + Spa Water Analysis

In order to better serve our clients this season we are providing water testing upon appointment only. To reduce crowds within our store and to better serve our clients with 1 on 1 support for their pool and/or spa we request that water tests to be scheduled below. We do provide walk-in water testing but there may be a wait to get your water tested as scheduled appointments receive priority assistance.

Our in-house teaching lessons are by private appointment only. Our in-house teaching lessons are a 45 minute 1on 1 private appointment with water analysis and consultation for new pool owners or pool owners in need of assistance regarding more in-depth guidance on how to balance and maintain the water chemistry in the pool/spa. 

Please be sure to bring a sample of your pool/spa water, a water bottle full of water is perfect. Please be sure the water sample is fresh and has not sat in the car for hours as the water chemistry may be altered from the heat and sunlight. Please bring a picture of your swimming pool and your pool equipment as well.

Appointment includes 

 - review of all the elements of the water test in detail 

- professional water analysis with consultation

- how to of basic pool/spa water balance and maintenance 

- Q+A to answer any questions you may have

To better serve our clients we are offering our water testing services on a private appointment basis only. Walk in water tests will not be permitted. 

Our returning client private appointment includes a professional Water Analysis for your pool/spa with a consultation with our certified and highly trained staff to assist in balancing and maintaining proper water chemistry for safe swimming conditions and water clarity. 

Please Note

Please make sure to bring a fresh water sample (please do not leave your sample in the car for an extended period of time as heat and sunlight can alter the water and skew your test results) 

If you shocked the pool within the last 24hrs we recommend waiting a minimum of 24-48hrs before re-testing the water as chlorine levels can be extremely high and may bleach out other readings.

$15 test charge waived with $15 minimum in-store purchase 

at the time of appointment
