Liner Replacement

Many of our clients prefer to replace their liners during the spring season; however, this period often brings manufacturing delays due to heightened demand. 

To mitigate such challenges, we advise scheduling liner replacements in advance of the busy opening season, as we have greater availability before the rush. We are currently accepting bookings for liner replacement and installation for the 2025 season and encourage clients to secure their liners early to prevent delays. This allows for pre-opening season installation, getting you to swimming earlier in the spring.

Customers who arrange for early production and storage of their liners with us will receive a reserved installation date in our spring schedule. 

Please note that all inground swimming pool liners are custom-made and require precise measurements to ensure an optimal fit; consequently, the lead times for these liners may differ from those of above-ground liners. 

Given the anticipated demand in the spring, we highly recommend that clients confirm their liner orders as soon as possible to avoid production and installation delays. For more information about our early booking process, please read further below.

2. Supply photos of the pool and pool dimensions (length, width, depth from shallow to deep end) in form below 
3.   * Please Note : inground liners will most often require an appointment for custom measuring done by our head technical field manager to ensure the measurements provided are accurate for precise manufacturing and fit of your liner
4. EPS sends client link to see liner prints and patterns
5. Client sends EPS chosen selection for liner print/pattern
6. Initial quote is made and sent to client (this is a site-unseen quote and pricing is subject to change once site is seen and all variables are taken into consideration)
7. Deposit is required to move forward
8. EPS will come to pool site location to take plot measurements of the pool (this is included in the liner pricing quote)
9. Measurements are sent to manufacturer for liner to be made
10. Liner is made and shipped to EPS 
11. Once liner is received at EPS and installation date is reserved on our schedule for liner replacement or liner installation
12. Liner is stored at EPS until installation date
