Not necessarily. If we have access to your hot tub and the breaker box that runs the hot tub, our technicians can complete the service without anyone home. We’ll communicate in advance and follow up with a detailed summary.

Each hot tub circumstance is unique if your tub has been sitting for a while, wasn't closed properly or you inherited your tub please contact our office as an inspection and assessment may be needed.

We offer hot tub openings for tubs that are integrated into the swimming pools for accurate pricing please contact our office by phone 847-854-7767 before completing your opening contract.

Yes, in order for our technicians to fill the tub they need to have access to water outside. Please ensure the hose is hooked up and water works so the tub can be filled, 45 minutes of fill time is included in the opening service. 

If our technicians cannot access your hot tub due to locked gates, locked covers, or pets the visit will be subject to a no-access fee. To avoid this, please ensure the hot tub and electrical breaker area is accessible and your pets are inside when our technicians arrive. Our online opening contract system will request information regarding hot tub access ie: gate codes, location of cover keys, locations of electrical/breaker box, etc to ensure our technicians have the information needed to access the hot tub on the day of opening service.
