We recommend booking your opening 2–4 weeks in advance, especially in spring when availability fills quickly. Early scheduling ensures your preferred date and avoids delays.

Not necessarily. If we have access to your pool area and equipment, our technicians can complete the service without anyone home. We’ll communicate in advance and follow up with a detailed summary.

Yes! We offer a variety of add-on services like sand changes, heater or salt cell cleanings, filter cleaning, and pool vacuuming. Our online contract system allows you to add these services on to your opening when you book.

We’ll inspect and start up your pool heater as part of the opening if you have a heater. We also recommend opting in for the add-on service of the heater inspection and cleaning to support the longevity of your heater. If diagnostics or repairs are needed, we’ll provide recommendations and options.

When you complete our  your opening contract from our online system there is a section that will ask for access information regarding access codes, gate locks, cover locks, cover keys and pool house keys to ensure our technicians can access your yard, pool, and equipment the day of your pool opening.

If our technicians cannot access your pool due to locked gates, locked covers, or pets the visit will be subject to a no-access fee. To avoid this, please ensure the pool and equipment area is accessible and your pets are inside when our technicians arrive. Our online opening contract system will request information regarding pool and hot tub access ie: gate codes, autocover codes,  location of cover keys, locations of pool house/equipment shed keys etc to ensure our technicians have the information needed to access the pool and equipment on the day of opening service.
