If your Pool Cover is damaged it is a safety hazard and requires replacement.
Elite reserves the right to decline the use of a pool cover if it is not safe. If your cover needs replacing, contact us early to order a new one. Please note: covers are not included in closing costs.

We recommend booking your closing 2–4 weeks in advance, especially in late fall when availability fills quickly. Early scheduling ensures your preferred date and avoids delays.
Not necessarily. If we have access to your pool area and equipment, our technicians can complete the service without anyone home. We’ll communicate in advance and follow up with a detailed summary. Please ensure if you are not going to be home that the pool cover, plugs, etc are out by the pool for the technicians. Our technicians are not authorized to access your garage, shed, basement, etc to retrieve your pool cover or any other necessary items for closing.
Yes! We offer a variety of add-on services usuch as salt cell cleanings, filter cleaning, pool vacuuming and securing your winter cover. Our online contract system allows you to add these services on to your closing when you book.
Heater winterization is included ni the basic closing for inground pools. Fixed equipment systems (non-removable equipment systems) for above ground pools will require system winterization and heater winterization, these are additional services outside the basic closing service. Failure to winterize your heater can result in irrepairable damage to the heater from freezing. If you have a fixed equipment system please select the additional winterization services in your closing contract.
When you complete our your closing contract from our online system there is a section that will ask for access information regarding access codes, gate locks, cover locks, cover keys and pool house keys to ensure our technicians can access your yard, pool, and equipment the day of your pool closing.
If our technicians cannot access your pool due to locked gates, locked covers, or pets the visit will be subject to a no-access fee. To avoid this, please ensure the pool and equipment area is accessible and your pets are inside when our technicians arrive. Our online oclosingcontract system will request information regarding pool and hot tub access ie: gate codes, autocover codes, location of cover keys, locations of pool house/equipment shed keys etc to ensure our technicians have the information needed to access the pool and equipment on the day of closing service.
