Winter Watch Program

The Elite Winter Watch Program for Pools

Worry-Free Winter Solution For Pool Protection

When pool season ends, it’s easy to forget about your pool until spring once the pool has been winterized. But the truth is, winter is the time when the most damage can happen. Freezing temperatures, storms, heavy snow, and ice can put serious stress on your pool and its cover.

That’s where our Winter Watch Program comes in with the intention that aims to prevent costly damage from fluctuating water levels, shifting covers, excess water and debris on covers, ice and freeze damage. With routine monthly visits from our expert technicians, you can relax knowing your investment is protected all season long. We’ll keep an eye on your pool so winter weather doesn’t take you by surprise.

Proactive Care Built on 30+ Years of Expertise

Protecting your pool shouldn’t end when the cover goes on

With more than three decades of experience caring for pools in our community, we know what it takes to keep your investment safe year-round. Time and again, we’ve seen how winter weather can cause unexpected — and expensive — damage. That’s why we created the Winter Watch Program: a proactive service designed to give you peace of mind all season long.

Unlike many companies, we don’t just close your pool and walk away. Our team saw the need for ongoing winter protection — and we’re proud to be one of the only providers in the area to offer this kind of dedicated service . When you choose us, you’re not only getting trusted professionals, but also a team that genuinely cares about protecting your pool as if it were our own.

More than service...it’s peace of mind through every season

An Ounce of Prevention is Worth a Season of Repairs

Oriented to Protect your Investment

Monitoring the Water Inside the Pool

It is critical to monitor water levels in winterized pools all cover types each for slightly different reasons; for safety reasons, mechanical function, and for your pools structural integrity.  Your pool's water level plays a crucial role in supporting the cover from below. The water inside your pool plays a vital role in supporting both the cover and the structure of the pool itself. If the level gets too low, the cover can sag, tear or collapse, putting stress on the pool walls and increasing the risk of costly structural damage

Monitoring the Cover and Water on Top

Snow, ice, rain and debris can quickly collect on top of your pool cover, creating heavy weight that pulls and stretches the material. Over time, this can lead to tears, collapsed covers, or dangerous situations. That’s why we don’t just check the water on your cover — we also carefully inspect the cover’s condition itself. Our technicians make sure it’s holding strong, secure, and able to protect your pool throughout the entire season.

Keeping an Eye on Both Sides

By keeping an eye on both sides of your pool’s waterline, and the cover protecting it,  we keep your investment safe from top to bottom.
